Fluorometer cuvette

A fluorometer cuvette is like a tiny test tube. It has special gentlemen that can measure small things that emit light. When scientists want to analyze these molecules that emit light, they insert the cuvette into a larger machine called a Jinke Optical spectrophotometer cuvette. This machine sends light of different colors into molecules inside the cuvette and measures the amount of light they emit back, teaching scientists about these tiny things.

BF (before fluorometer cuvettes) scientists studied molecules that emit light otherwise. For example, they can do this through special filters or they can mix the molecules with chemicals to make them more visible. But these tend to be extremely non-specific, take ages to get results and were very imprecise.

Revolutionizing Fluorescence Analysis.

This new generation of scientists is bearing witness to the coming of age of X-ray and neutron techniques to study these small molecules with the invention of the fluorometer cuvette. This new approach enables them to achieve results that are more precise and significantly quicker than previously possible. It’s changed how scientists do their jobs enormously.

When working with fluorometer and scientists must be extremely careful to obtain the best results. The appropriate cuvette type must be used according to the sample under examination. And then they have to do the right kind of filtering and measuring so that they will get the most accurate readings they can.
